§1 Definitions

Administrator – the entity deciding on the nature, scope and purposes of the processing of personal data – Cyrek Holding Sp. z o.o., based in Zgierz

RODO – Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC;

§2Who is the Controller of personal data?

§3 What data are collected?

  1. we collect personal data that you have provided in the contact form, i.e.

    a) name

    b) surname

    c) company

    d) e-mail adress

  2. Visitors to the Administrator’s website can browse it without providing personal data.

§4 For what purpose the data is collected

  1. Dane podawane przez użytkowników wykorzystywane są do:
    • providing the service of the contact form located on the Administrator’s website;
    • for statistical purposes.
  2. IP addresses are collected during Internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).

§5 What is our legal basis for processing personal data

  1. Personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with the law, including in particular the RODO in order to:
    • offering the Administrator’s services or products consisting of marketing the Administrator’s own products or services, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
    • using the contact form service for the purpose of executing a contract provided electronically on the basis of Article 6 (1) letter b
  2. Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary, for example, in order to perform the service of the contact form.

§6 What are your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

  1. The user is obliged to indicate complete, current and true data.
  2. Any user whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access the content of his/her data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to data processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
  3. Exercise of the rights set forth in the paragraph above may be exercised by sending an appropriate request to the Administrator’s e-mail address: with the user’s name and electronic mail (e-mail) address.
  4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.

§7 How long do we keep your personal data?

  1. Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and thereafter for the period necessary to secure or assert potential claims or fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligation (e.g. under tax or accounting regulations).
  2. Personal data processed for the Administrator’s legitimate interest in marketing its own products or services will be kept for the period until the participant objects/withdraws consent.

§8 Do we share personal data and to whom?

Data may be shared with entities entitled to receive them under applicable law, including relevant judicial authorities. Personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on request, i.e. partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), entities providing accounting and bookkeeping services. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

§9 Security of data collected by the Administrator

  1. The Administrator has applied all technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data under protection, and in particular has secured the data from being disclosed to unauthorized persons, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of the Act, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed in accordance with the provisions of the RODO.
  2. Personal data shall not be processed in an automated manner by the Administrator.
  3. The Administrator’s website may contain links to other websites. The Administrator urges that when you go to other sites, you should read the privacy policy established there. This privacy policy applies only to the Cyrek Digital Sp. z o.o. website.

§10Change of Privacy Policy

  1. The Privacy Policy may be changed, of which the Administrator will inform Users 14 days in advance by sending an email message.
